Delivery Policy

1. Everything is digital

There is no physical shipment. Nothing is posted, no carrier is used and no delivery address is required. You buy software licences, download keys and file downloads, and they reach you electronically.

2. When you get it

• Immediately. As soon as payment is confirmed, your keys and download links appear on your order page and are sent to the e-mail address you gave at checkout.
• If an automatic step fails, we deliver by hand — normally within a few hours and within 24 hours at the latest.
• The statutory maximum for distance sales is 30 days. If we cannot deliver, we tell you within 3 days and refund in full within 14 days.

3. What arrives, product by product

• Diagnostic Software — a download link for the installer, plus your licence.
• ECU Archive Matcher — a download link for the macOS or Windows build you chose.
• Files for ECU Software — a download key carrying the number of credits you bought. One credit downloads one file.
• ECU Archive Software — a licence key valid for the number of days you bought, plus the program download link.

4. Download links

Each download link is issued to your order alone. It works a limited number of times and stays active for a limited period; the exact numbers are printed in your delivery message. Save the file somewhere safe when you download it. If a link expires before you managed to use it, write to us and we issue a new one.

5. If nothing arrives

Check your spam folder first — delivery mail sometimes lands there. Your keys are always also visible on your order page. If you still cannot find them, write to [email protected] or message +90 532 499 71 95 with your order number.

6. System requirements

Requirements are listed on each product page. Please check them before buying: a product that does not run because the requirements were not met is not a fault of the product.
