Preliminary Information Form

This form is provided before the order is placed, as required by the Distance Contracts Regulation. Please read it together with the Distance Sales Agreement.

2. What you are buying

Digital products delivered electronically. The exact product, its features and its price are shown on the product page and in the order summary immediately before payment. Nothing is shipped physically.

3. Total price

• Prices are in euro (EUR) and include all taxes.
• There is no shipping, handling or delivery fee.
• The total you will be charged is shown on the payment step before you confirm.

4. Payment method

Payment is taken online by a licensed payment provider. Card data is entered on the provider's own secure page; we do not see or store card numbers.

5. Delivery

Electronic and immediate. Your keys and download links appear on the order page and are e-mailed to you. If automatic delivery fails, we complete it by hand within 24 hours; the legal maximum is 30 days.

6. Right of withdrawal — please read

Digital content delivered instantly is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-ğ). When you tick the approval box at checkout you consent to immediate delivery and accept that the withdrawal right does not apply to that item.

8. Validity

The prices and terms in this form are valid while the product page shows them. Confirming the order means you have read and understood this form.
